This policy applies to information processed through the Khazna mobile application and related support services. In this policy, “Khazna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Khazna App, based in the United Arab Emirates.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على المعلومات التي تتم معالجتها من خلال تطبيق خزنة للهواتف المحمولة وخدمات الدعم المرتبطة به. تشير عبارات «خزنة» و«نحن» و«لنا» في هذه السياسة إلى تطبيق خزنة، ومقره دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Account and authentication information

• Name, email address, account identifier, and profile information you provide.
• Password or social sign-in authentication data processed by Supabase and, if selected, Google or Apple. Khazna does not store your readable password.

Jewelry inventory and user content

مخزون المجوهرات ومحتوى المستخدم

• Item name, category, metal type, purity, weight, prices, store name, user-entered store location, purchase date, and notes.
• Jewelry photographs, receipts, certificates, and other files you choose to upload.
• Saved looks, mannequin placements, and content you choose to generate or share.

Subscription information

معلومات الاشتراك

If subscriptions are available and you subscribe, Apple or Google processes the payment. Khazna and RevenueCat receive information such as an app user identifier, product or tier, entitlement status, and validity period. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.

إذا كانت الاشتراكات متاحة واشتركت، فتتولى Apple أو Google معالجة الدفع. تستلم خزنة وRevenueCat معلومات مثل معرّف مستخدم التطبيق والمنتج أو الفئة وحالة الاستحقاق وفترة الصلاحية. لا نستلم أو نخزن تفاصيل بطاقة الدفع الكاملة أو الحساب البنكي.

Diagnostics and device information

When error monitoring is enabled, Sentry may process the app version, device model, operating-system version, timestamps, error messages, stack traces, performance information, an account identifier, and an IP address or network information received during transmission. We do not intentionally attach your jewelry photographs, certificates, receipts, or personal notes to crash reports.

Local preferences and caches

Khazna stores settings such as language, currency, theme, accent, notification choices, biometric-lock preference, price-alert targets, and onboarding status on your device. It may also cache inventory, market data, and images to improve speed and support limited offline access.

تخزن خزنة على جهازك إعدادات مثل اللغة والعملة والمظهر واللون المميز وخيارات الإشعارات وتفضيل القفل بالبصمة وأهداف تنبيهات الأسعار وحالة إكمال التعريف بالتطبيق. وقد تخزن أيضًا بيانات المخزون والسوق والصور مؤقتًا لتحسين السرعة ودعم وصول محدود دون اتصال.

This privacy webpage stores only your light/dark display preference in browser local storage. It does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, with your consent for optional features, for legitimate security and reliability interests, or to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for optional features through the app or device settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.

عند الاقتضاء، نعالج المعلومات لتقديم الخدمة التي تطلبها، أو بناءً على موافقتك للميزات الاختيارية، أو لمصالح الأمان والموثوقية المشروعة، أو للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. يمكنك سحب موافقتك على الميزات الاختيارية من إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز دون التأثير في المعالجة المشروعة السابقة.

Device permissions and on-device processing

• Camera, photos, and files: Used only when you choose an image, take a photograph, or select a receipt or certificate. Content you choose to save is uploaded to your Khazna account.
• Biometric lock: Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint verification is performed by your operating system. Khazna does not receive or store biometric templates.
• Receipt recognition and background removal: Text recognition and image-background removal are designed to run on your device.
• Notifications and background checks: If permitted, the app performs periodic, operating-system-controlled checks—generally no more frequently than approximately every four hours—to compare public gold prices with targets stored on your device and to deliver optional reminders. Exact timing is not guaranteed.

• الكاميرا والصور والملفات: تُستخدم فقط عندما تختار صورة أو تلتقط صورة أو تحدد إيصالًا أو شهادة. يُرفع المحتوى الذي تختار حفظه إلى حسابك في خزنة.
• القفل بالبصمة: ينفذ نظام تشغيل جهازك التحقق ببصمة الوجه أو اللمس أو الإصبع. لا تستلم خزنة قوالب البيانات الحيوية ولا تخزنها.
• التعرف على الإيصالات وإزالة الخلفية: صُممت معالجة النصوص وإزالة خلفية الصور لتعمل على جهازك.
• الإشعارات والفحوصات الخلفية: عند السماح بها، يجري التطبيق فحوصات دورية يتحكم نظام التشغيل في توقيتها، وبشكل عام ليس أكثر من مرة كل أربع ساعات تقريبًا، لمقارنة أسعار الذهب العامة بالأهداف المخزنة على جهازك وإرسال تذكيرات اختيارية. لا يمكن ضمان التوقيت الدقيق.

Service providers and disclosure

We use providers to operate specific parts of Khazna. They process information for the purposes described below and under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

نستخدم مزودي خدمات لتشغيل أجزاء محددة من خزنة. ويعالجون المعلومات للأغراض الموضحة أدناه ووفق التزاماتهم التعاقدية ومتطلبات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users or the service, or respond to a valid legal request. If Khazna is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, affected users will be informed where required.

قد نفصح أيضًا عن المعلومات عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا بصورة معقولة للامتثال للقانون أو تنفيذ شروطنا أو حماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة أو الاستجابة لطلب قانوني صحيح. وإذا شاركت خزنة في اندماج أو استحواذ أو نقل أصول، فسنبلغ المستخدمين المتأثرين عند الاقتضاء.

Storage and security

التخزين والأمان

• Connections between the app and backend services use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Uploaded jewelry images and documents are configured for private storage and accessed through authorization rules and temporary signed links.
• Database row-level security is used to restrict each authenticated account to its own records.
• Sensitive structured caches use secure device storage where implemented. Other app-private caches, including downloaded images, are protected by the device operating system and app sandbox but may not have separate application-level encryption.
• Access to production services is limited to people and providers who need it to operate or support Khazna.

• تستخدم البيانات المنظمة الحساسة المخزنة مؤقتًا مساحة تخزين آمنة على الجهاز عند تطبيق ذلك. وتحمي أنظمة تشغيل الأجهزة وعزل التطبيق البيانات المؤقتة الأخرى، بما فيها الصور المحملة، ولكن قد لا يكون لها تشفير منفصل على مستوى التطبيق.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

المعالجة الدولية

Our service providers may process information in countries outside the United Arab Emirates or your country of residence. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other legally recognized safeguards intended to protect information during international processing.

قد يعالج مزودو خدماتنا المعلومات في دول خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو بلد إقامتك. وعند الاقتضاء، نستخدم ضمانات تعاقدية أو تنظيمية أو ضمانات أخرى معترفًا بها قانونًا لحماية المعلومات أثناء المعالجة الدولية.

How long information is retained

مدة الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات

• Account and inventory information: Retained while your account is active or as needed to provide Khazna.
• Deleted accounts: Following a verified deletion request, information is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to technical processing time and any limited information we must retain for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
• Backups: Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through the service provider's normal lifecycle. Backup data is isolated from ordinary use.
• Crash and performance reports: Sentry diagnostic events are retained for no longer than 90 days and may be retained for less time depending on the configured service plan. Aggregated or de-identified operational statistics may be retained longer.
• Device data: Preferences and cached files may remain until cleared by Khazna, your device's operating system, or uninstalling the app. Signing out removes authentication state and price-alert targets but may not immediately remove every cached file.
• Support requests: Correspondence may be retained while needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable record of the response.

• معلومات الحساب والمخزون: يُحتفظ بها ما دام حسابك نشطًا أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم خدمة خزنة.
• الحسابات المحذوفة: بعد التحقق من طلب الحذف، تُزال المعلومات من الأنظمة النشطة خلال مدة معقولة، مع مراعاة وقت المعالجة الفنية وأي معلومات محدودة يجب الاحتفاظ بها للأمان أو تسوية النزاعات أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزامات القانونية.
• النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تبقى نسخ متبقية مؤقتًا في نسخ احتياطية محمية إلى أن تُستبدل وفق دورة مزود الخدمة المعتادة. وتكون بيانات النسخ الاحتياطية معزولة عن الاستخدام العادي.
• تقارير الأعطال والأداء: يُحتفظ بأحداث التشخيص في Sentry لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يومًا، وقد تكون المدة أقصر حسب خطة الخدمة المهيأة. وقد يُحتفظ بالإحصاءات التشغيلية المجمعة أو المنزوعة الهوية مدة أطول.
• بيانات الجهاز: قد تبقى التفضيلات والملفات المؤقتة إلى أن تمسحها خزنة أو نظام تشغيل جهازك أو تزيل التطبيق. يزيل تسجيل الخروج حالة المصادقة وأهداف تنبيهات الأسعار، لكنه قد لا يزيل فورًا كل ملف مخزن مؤقتًا.
• طلبات الدعم: قد يُحتفظ بالمراسلات للمدة اللازمة لحل الطلب والاحتفاظ بسجل معقول للاستجابة.

You can update your profile and manage notifications and biometric lock inside the app. For other requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children's privacy

خصوصية الأطفال

Khazna is not directed to children under 13 or below the applicable minimum age for independently consenting to digital services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided information to Khazna, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

لا يستهدف تطبيق خزنة الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا أو دون الحد الأدنى المعمول به للموافقة المستقلة على الخدمات الرقمية. ولا نجمع عمدًا معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون السن المعمول بها. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدم معلومات إلى خزنة، فتواصل معنا لنحقق في الأمر ونحذفها عند الاقتضاء.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Khazna, its providers, or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an in-app or other prominent notice before material changes take effect.
